What we collect

We only process the data you give us voluntarily through the contact form and the on-site enquiry assistant:

  • Identity and contact details: your name, email address and phone number.
  • Your enquiry: the service you are interested in (buying, selling, letting, valuation, management, renovation, energy certificate or investment) and your message.
  • Source data: campaign parameters (UTM tags) that show how you reached the site, where present, so we can see which channels work.

Purposes and lawful basis

We use your data for the purposes below, each with its lawful basis under Article 6 of the GDPR:

How long we keep your data

We keep your data for as long as our relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the periods required by law to deal with any liabilities. If your enquiry does not lead to a contract, we keep the data only as long as needed to handle it and then delete or anonymise it.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except where the law requires it. To run the service we rely on processors who act under contract and on our instructions only:

  • Our hosting and infrastructure provider (servers located within the European Union).
  • Our email provider, to manage our correspondence with you.

We do not transfer your data outside the European Economic Area. If that ever changes, we will update this policy with the appropriate safeguards.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and data portability at any time by writing to us from the contact page and telling us which right you wish to use.
